Please note that we receive countless requests to speak for free and if we were to accept all of them we would not be able to provide fair compensation to our own employees. Whilst we are a non-profit ourselves and very much aware of the financial challenges that NGOs and young start-ups face, when we plan our own events we always look for sponsorship until each of our speakers are paid so that we can break the vicious cycle of unpaid/underpaid feminist work.

However, if for some reason you are absolutely unable to pay, please send us an email and explain your situation. We have a small pro-bono-speaking budget and will do our best to figure something out that works for all.
